XIB is an independent M&A advisory firm established in 2016 by former members of global investment banks. We provide value-added advice to our clients, composed primarily of large, listed companies and leading global and domestic private equity funds.

Since our establishment, we have differentiated ourselves by offering advice that combines the execution capabilities of global investment banks with the flexibility and agility of M&A boutiques. We have handled numerous domestic industry restructurings and overseas acquisitions by Japanese companies. In 2023, we also served as financial advisor for the first successful unsolicited takeover in Japan.

We also provide educational and transactional support to Japanese companies looking to enter the rapidly growing Indian market.
